Our flight planning includes proper weight and balance calculations during our preflight preparations. If the group is heavier than we've been notified, we may not be able to fly.

We will then charge your card the 25% deposit immediately and the remainder will be charged the morning of the flight. You will also receive pick-up time for the day of your flight.
